„KEL-MET” is a private production-commercial-service company, existing on automotive market since 1984. The company is located on its own grounds and the production takes place in new buildings with an area of 1800 m2. Since July 1997 the company has the status of Supported Employment Enterprise.
ACTIVITY AND COOPERATION
Our specialization is the production of horn system. We also produce battery disconnect switches, timing belt tensioners, hydraulic pressure sensors, ignition blockades, air filter thermostats and harmonic balancers. Since the 90s of last century, we specialize in the handcuffs production.
We supply the Police, prisons, Border Guards, Municipal Police and other institutions, including: the General Police Headquarters, the Regional Police Headquarters in Katowice, Wroclaw, Poznan, Lublin, Gdansk, the Capital City Police Headquarters in Warsaw, Correction Units and Custody Suits a/o in Sieradz, Rawicz, Piotrkow and Lodz, Military Police, Border Guards, Security Division France and numerous security companies.
Since July 26, 2012 we produce multifunctional TONFA batons, on the basis of concession granted on March 8, 2012 by the Ministry of the Interior.
We have wide range of machinery stock for the broad metalworking (plastic forming, machining and EDM as well as thermoforming of plastics) and our own tool-room as well as machines for the reprocessing of all thermoplastics and thermosets. We carry out individual orders regarding CAD and CAM projects, complete tool production proceses (forms and punches) and houndreds of details made using chuck turning, milling, stamping, cutting, EDM and moulding.
In the beginning of 2013 we opened production of stainles steel railings ready for self-assembly.
To ensure the highest quality of our products, materials for production are taken only from brand companies. In line with Quality Management System requirements we have a list of qualified suppliers. Our company is expanding because we care for regular technological improvement, high quality of products and development based on owned capital and modern management structure.
